Frequently asked questions about this product
1. How to prevent the locking of stainless steel nuts?
① Choose the appropriate length of the bolt, so that 1-2 pitches of the nut are exposed after tightening
② Clean the product thread before use
③ When tightening the nut, the direction of the wrench force must be perpendicular to the axis of the bolt, and do not tilt
④ Use a torque wrench, avoid using an electric wrench, the torque value is within the safe torque range, and the force is applied evenly during rotation
2. How to prevent nuts from rusting?
If there is a requirement for rust prevention, please give priority to SUS304 material, or choose products with galvanized, nickel-plated (salt spray for at least 24 hours), Dacromet-plated, black Dacromet-plated (salt spray for at least 400 hours), chrome-plated, and stainless steel blackened surfaces.
Products with blackened carbon steel need to be regularly applied with anti-rust oil for maintenance to extend the anti-rust time.
