1. Why does the locking screw always slip when locking the guide shaft?

The effective thread of the guide shaft support product is only 2~3 teeth. If the torque is too large or the tightening is tilted, it is easy to cause slipping.

2. What is the reason for not tightening the guide shaft?

It is recommended to use a standard guide shaft with a g6 tolerance. If the outer diameter of the shaft is too small, the deformation of the guide shaft support cannot support locking.
